General Technical Support: $195 per hour
Network and SAN Support: $225 per hour
Technical Consulting: $225 per hour, with Design Documents (min. 5 hrs.)
System Integration is also available, with rates depending on size of installation.
Service is available only during business hours (9-6, M-F), unless prior arrangements are made.
Two hour minimum for on-site service, one-way trip fee included.
Remote support is billed in 15-minute increments.
Discounts available with pre-paid blocks of time. Support contracts available.
